Central New York Adult Co-Ed Soccer League
Central New York Soccer, LLC (CNYS) is honored to present an annual adult co-ed summer soccer league for the greater Oneonta, NY area! For the past 25+ years local soccer clubs have organized and held this very same summer soccer league for the enjoyment of the area residents, and CNYS is proud to be able to continue this great tradition. Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome! From the to-be college freshman, to the working class parent of 3 who hasn't played 'in a while', it is our aim to provide a competitive, friendly league for both men and women to enjoy.
How it Works
7v7
It's pretty simple. The game is played on a smaller field, approximately 35yds x 75yds. Game play is 7v7 including goalies. Most soccer rules apply with a few exceptions. There are no off-sides, there are no slide tackles, goalies can't release the ball from the box past mid-field in the air, substitutions are 'on the fly', and there are no refs. We rely on the honor and respect system for fouls and out of bounds. (Honor one another to make fair calls. Respect one another's calls regardless if you agree or not.) Games are two (2) 25 min halves with a 5 min halftime.

Men and women (U-17 with appropriate waiver and Director's approval)
Where do we play:
The Wright National Soccer Campus located at the corner of NYS 205 and NYS 7 in Oneonta, NY 13820.
When:
The 2023 season will begin on Monday, June 26, 2023. And the final season game will be Wednesday August 16, 2023.
Monday August 7, 2023 is reserved for rain date/ rescheduled games if needed.
Game times:
6:00 pm and 7 pm, Monday and Wednesday evenings.
How do I register?
Registration opens April 24, 2023 and closes June 2, 2023.
The early registration discount ends May 21, 2023.
Team Captains
Captains must register their team at: http://CentralNewYorkSoccer.rampregistrations.com
After registering the team, captains must also register themselves to the team in order to sign the participant waiver and release.
Captains will be also able to enter their team roster. Once added, invitations will be sent to participants to join the team and sign their waivers.
Participants
Players can also register themselves directly by visiting: http://CentralNewYorkSoccer.rampregistrations.com and selecting their team during registration.
Alternatively, captains will receive a participant invite link after registering. They should share this link via email with teammates, who can then enter their information and sign the waiver.
